I have known Eliel for just over 18 years. He has always had a great imagination, and even as a young child, demonstrated his resourcefulness. i have been his scoutmaster through most of his time in scouts and i beleive wholegeartedly that it was our involvement in the scoutingnprogram that has helped him foster the qualities to help those around him and go the extra mile. , not only to help those in need but he is usually one of the last to leave as he is always helping to clean up. If there is still work to be done, Eliel will br there doing it.
