We are all living very busy lives, and I am no exception. One of the ways I thought of accomplishing an ultimate goal and prioritywould be to have some time some meditative time set aside during the day. The con is But I don't really have the time to set aside. The program is that it would most likely be quiet I'm completely quiet time. And more conducive to meditation. Another way that I've thought about it is accomplishing it is this During the day at work, I walk a lot during my breaks. Over the last few years I have done many different things while I'm on my walks, I read books, I know I've been playing a game on my phone for the last year that is very addicting and time consuming.
Sacrifice brings forth blessings and Dives considered sacrificing my game time for meditative time. The pros are that I'm already spending this time on a quote on quote break. The cons are that I'm out and about with cars honking in other distractions.

The best option for me would be to complete my goal during my already scheduled breaks. The main sacrifice for me which I think is important is important to sacrifice is that I would be giving up my game time. Yesterday morning I felt like it was something that I'd forgotten. Left something at home, forgot to do something drama but there was something missing. The day walked in the morning yesterday and I thought about what it was, I came to some realization had an epiphany.
