Prepare two gallon wort with grains and smelly hops Divide in half 1 gallon full ferment Then boil off 1 quart 180 degrees in the oven 30 minutes Boil off another quart with additional hops Bottle last two quarts for Dad Next 1 gallon chill wort then yeast for carbonation in bottles, add 10 flakes of yeast?
