Ate banana, broccoli, cookies, snacky stuff, pizza.
Noticed pain in left bowel in afternoon
Tuesday
Drank peppermint tea, ginger, lemon, some crackers, soup
Pain was dimished, more central left
Wednesday
Drank peppermint tea, lemon.
