I felt like a lot of this mindless busy work my hands and I was 3 stating things over and over in different 4 minutes just to feel space. It is an experience that when we are you read something you've read before and we read it with a new focus, that we get greater insight out of it. So reading the scriptures looking for different flag phrases or symbolism has helped. Rather than just reading the scripture to get to the end, greater insight can be found through deeper study, and new eyes. I hope to be able to continue the good habit of daily scripture study for a half an hour each day.
