I have found that counting our blessings as one of the greatest ways to show gratitude toward Heavenly Father because we recognize his hand in our lives. Not only do we recognize them but not going to be recognized having a father's hand in our lives, but then we return thanks unto him for I have found that I am generally more happy through the day. For me in this instance it is the reiteration the small things bring about the changes in our lives that can either elevate or degrade us. I'm the skills that I've learned some of which are nuclear, I have found to be helpful in elevating myself and those around me and drawing closer to God. I found that these small changes that I had neglected over the past few years have really impacted my life some ways very negatively. It will cause me to pause and ponder more about what I'm reading and hope to gain deeper insight from this study skill. I hope to be able to try using this study skill out more and we'll see how it will impact me over the next few weeks hopefully my patience will allow me to used to study skills because it does require more patients to ponder and think and I read. For me personally some changes that I've made recently have helped increase my spirituality and some changes that we will be implementing as a family to help her home environment with the use of media specifically.
